To preserve Sun City property values through the fair and consistent application of the CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions)

Are You A SCHOA Member?

Are you a member or need to renew your membership?

SCHOA is responsible for enforcing our CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions / Deed Restrictions) which is important in helping to maintain our quality of life and protect our property values.

A SCHOA membership is not included in your recreation center fees, though many think that it is. A SCHOA membership is actually a voluntary membership, even though SCHOA is the only organization responsible for enforcing and maintaining our CC&Rs.

If the CC&Rs are important to you, then we ask you to join SCHOA and support our efforts. Membership is only $25 a year. To learn more about being a member, click here. You can also sign up or renew your membership online by clicking here.
